I have had no bad experiences working with all that I have had contact with, everyone has always been very professional and great to work with.   • "I bought a 2006 Honda VTX 1300s from here. I called them on the phone once I got the approval from my bank. I believe I spoke with Tom. He was awesome. He checked to make sure they even still had the bike before we talked about anything else. Once he did he got it all ready for me. He then transferred me to Jason (i believe). He was amazing as well. He even texted me on my phone to get everything going and set up when I wanted to get my bike. The buying process was easy. I went in and told them I was here to buy my bike. I was in and out of the finance office (paperwork) in less than 15 min. In less than another 25 min I was the owner of a new bike and they walked it outside for me! The only thing I was not happy about was the Accessories department. I had literately just bought a bike them them and was told to tell them that and see if they would cut a deal on a helmet. (you know be safe right?!) I went over and it seemed like they could have cared less. Some young girl was helping me (no hating on women or are or anything) but she just seemed ticked off when I asked about a deal. She then said she had to ask the supervisor (which i was cool with) and he seemed like he could have cared less as well. When finally every thing was said and done, he just typed in some stuff and it was just ten percent. My last bike i bought they GAVE me a helmet, and the accessories department treated like a king while i was in there. Now, If they would have at least smiled at me I wouldn't have been so upset about it but really!?! Putting that aside, the buying process was smooth, fast and easy and I am happy with my bike and will buy from them again. But accessories on the other hand.... I will probably go some here else."

  • "I am on a 5000 mile motorcycle trip on my 1993 Goldwing. My motorcycle breaks down about a block from North End Cycle. I walk to the dealership and am greeted by Jennifer in service. She had my motorcycle picked up and brought to the shop. This was approximately 10 am on Monday. They troubleshot my problem and determined it was the alternator by noon and ordered the part . She called me at 2pm on Tuesday to tell me the bike was done. This is a very busy service department and Jennifer and all of the people in the service made me feel like I was #1priority!!! They fixed my bike fast so I could continue my trip!!! And for that I am extremely grateful!!!! Thanks to Jennifer and the Service Department!"

  • "Bought a 2009 V-star from North End about a month ago. We came in pretty late but I really wanted to take it home that night. Bob in sales said "no problem" and stayed an hour after closing time to make sure it all happened!!!! Thanks Bob!!!!   • "We were on the last leg of a 7,500 mile trip around western U.S. On August 10, 2013 at Shipshewana, Indiana we stopped at a diner after booking a room for the night at a local motel. When we went to leave the diner our bike (1800 Gold Wing) wouldn't start. We checked our Gold Wing Book and found that Elkhart, Indiana was the closest Honda dealership for the repair job. Our insurance company has a tow truck to us in about and hour. A short time later we arrived at the North End Cycle Shop. They were able to work on the bike around 5 pm. They closed at 7 pm, but stayed late to finish the job and had us on our way by 7:40 pm. They could have made us wait til the next day to work on the bike and we would have forfeited our $100 room in Shipshewana and had to pay for a room in Elkhart. They charged us half as much as we expected and we got an extra day of vacation because they worked through closing time. Thank you North End Cycle Shop. Everyone there treated us great.   • "My Moto Guzzi Stelvio had an electrical issues during my cross-country trip. I was extremely stressed out because this happened on a Friday evening and I needed to get home without any delays. My bike got towed to North End Cycle next morning. They had four mechanics working that Saturday and one of them (Kevin?) quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a few spare fuses in case it happened again. I was back on the road by 11AM and I still managed to get to my destination that day. Needless to say, I felt very lucky I didn't need to go to the nearest Moto Guzzi dealer that's 120 miles away. Thanks again!"

  • "My family and I stopped by last fall to talk to someone about dirtbikes, as we are considering getting a few in the summer. Fortunately we were met by Ray Turk. He spent some time with us explaining a lot about the different bikes that would work for our kids. I was immediately impressed by his demeanor and his knowledge. He was informative and easy going, exactly what we were looking for in a salesperson. A couple of weeks ago I decided to get a cruiser for myself. I did some research online and found exactly what I wanted (2012 Honda Shadow Phantom) at another cycle store. I went and checked it out to make sure I liked it, and immediately called Ray. He said they didn't have one in stock but could get one for me, no problem. The whole purchase process was seamless, and Ray kept me updated along the way. When it came in, Ray arranged to have it delivered to me, but we had a small break in the weather last week, and I drove it home in the rain! The bike was perfect and exactly what I wanted. If you are in the market for a bike, or just need to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about, please give Ray Turk a call.   • "Jason, Scott, and Chris, Thank you very much for your excellent service yesterday. I appreciated the fact that there was no hesitation in helping me get back on the road after my rear tire went flat on I-80 late Monday afternoon. Jason worked me right into the shop schedule, Scott did a great job installing the new tire and keeping me in the loop regarding the problem with the old tire, and Chris consulted the Tucker Rocky catalogue to verify that the new tire would suit my needs. The tire performed well and I arrived home in Green Bay without incident. I passed on the good experience to another BMW rider I met at one of the service plazas on the toll road. Thanks again--enjoy the rest of the riding season."
